The Annex

When this family wanted to update their heritage semi detatched home, we were thrilled to help. Si & Oui fully reconfigured the 3rd floor by adding a principal suite including a 3 piece bathroom. On the second floor, we reworked an existing bedroom and bathroom to accommodate a new laundry room. On the main floor, we maintained the charm but added much needed storage in the dining room and entryway. The basement was converted into another suite by adding a kitchenette and 3 piece bathroom. Maximizing space while maintaining character and charm was the name of the game in this house.
